Un palestinese è stato ucciso oggi nel Nord della striscia di Gaza dal fuoco di militari israeliani. Contrariamente a quanto riferito in precedenza dalla radio militare israeliana, non si tratta di un miliziano. Lo affermano fonti mediche nella Striscia.
Secondo le fonti l’uomo ucciso presso il valico di Eretz si chiamava Muhammad Shalha e aveva 21 anni. Si era avvicinato alla zona di confine per raccogliere materiale di scarico che intendeva rivendere.
In precedenza la radio militare israeliana aveva riferito che i soldati hanno aperto il fuoco contro “un miliziano palestinese armato” che si era avvicinato ai recinti di confine “con fare sospetto”.
Nel frattempo due colpi di mortaio sono stati sparati da Gaza verso un villaggio israeliano. Non si ha notizia di vittime.
